Martial arts as an indispensable part of human culture, embody the way people understand and use their bodies. They are a set of cultural practices developed by humans for adaptations\u2019 needs. African people throughout history, have developed their own patterns of \u201cBody Techniques\u201d slanted towards the \u201cphysical\u201d, the \u201cspiritual\u201d and the \u201cartistic\u201d.
